10. The Suicide Squad

The Suicide Squad is highly praised by the both critics and audience and it is a very good. This is a laughing roit. I had blast watching it. The third act of the film is funny and unexpected. Director/Writer James Gunn did an awesome job. The way he created comedy is just marvelous. I do have some issues with it but it is soo good to watch. The ensamble did a great job. Everyone is soooo good in their roles. John Cena as peacemaker is just great one of the best casting decisions. Stallone as King Shark is the show Stellar. Overall it is great but also have some flaws but those flaws doesn’t kill your experience.
9. Luca

Luca isn’t the best by PIXAR or one of the best by PIXAR. It is dumb at Sometimes and This film doesn’t even have an engaging plot but still it somehow manges to engage us. Pixar tried to make Summer kind of experience film where plot is nothing much but wanted to make us entertain and I think that is why Plot isn’t really there. With Soothing visuals and clean comedy PIXAR is succeeded. Overall Luca is a good film and also a respectable addition in PIXAR filmography
8. Wrath of Man

Wrath of Man is something that we haven’t seen?? Not really. But this film executed mundane plot in a very entertaining way. Ya, there are so many cliches in this but still it is entertaining. One of the best thing about this film is that this film have a villian perceptive in it. That makes villian a 3 dimensional person. Jason Statham is awesome he did not gave a very new and groundbreaking performance but he is perfect for that role. Overall this film have a lot of cringe dialogues but still a great watch
7. The Green Knight

One of the most polarizing film in period. A24 which is considered as one of the best studious always tries to make original and aesthetic type of films and yet again made another film like that. This is a technical masterpiece. The Cinematography is eye popping, Editing is smooth and brilliant,Sound(mixing, editing) is just fantastic. Acting is also great. Dev Patel as Gawin and Ralph Ineson as Green Knight are outstanding. David Lowery showed his again after Ghost Story. Overall it is a love or hate type not for everyone those who love aesthetic films this is a treat.
6. Wish Dragon

I do agree with the fact that there are no novelty in the concept. Does every film that we are seeing are should be original?? No. This is a very fun filled film. The basic concept is rip off Alladin but it is better than Alladin(2019 not animation). The characters are good. Visuals are gorgeous. Comedy is pleasent. Overall it is a very good watch if you don’t watch this film with critic brain
5. Free Guy

Free Guy Starts as a very goofy and kind of annoying also but film slowly turns into a really funny film with a heart. Ryan Reynolds is freaking awesome. With his brilliant charismatic performance he made some very over the top scenes into enjoyable one. He is the best of all for this film. Comedy worked out well. Even though it is sometimes over the top and annoying those moments are very less. Overall watch this film like it meant to be seen don’t see it like a Martin Scorsese film.
4. The Mitchells Vs. The Machines

One of the most enjoyable film of the entire 2021. It is soo great and extremely funny. Characters, Situations, reactions everything is just outright hilarious. After Spiderman into the spiderverse this is the second film from Sony Animation. This film follows some of the brilliant screenwriting hacks used by The Spiderman into the Spiderverse which made this film even more enjoyable. Yeah, the 3rd is a bit let down from the 1st 2 but still it is a hilarious film. Overall watch this when you are sad this film will definitely refresh your mood.
3. Raya & the last dragon

Raya and The Last Dragon Disney finally made a great animation film which is not a musical. This is a great film it is emotional and heartfelt. One of the best from Disney animation from the past few years. It has a great plot and characterizations. Surprising aspect of this film is its brilliant fights they are swift, engaging, arousing. The main character Raya isn’t a typical Disney princesses. Overall I hope this kind of films from Disney more than some princesses musicals and Live Action remakes

Nikole Beckwith did a good as director and a very good job as writer. Characters feels authentic in this film. Technical department work is also very nice. Overall it is a great film about Platonic Relationship

Another great and overlooked film of this year. This is one of the few films that makes you feel that it is not a movie. That is the biggest positive of this film. Writer/Director Sian Heder is successful written some of the best and memorable characters of 2021. This film is also funny at so many times. Emilia Jones is awesome in her role all other actors are also great. At end film feels a bit rushed but overall a fantastic and emotionally captivating film of the year
